Tmor Ma Dom is a multi-purpose building with seven oors comprising of 75+1 residences or housing units for permanent stay; long-term or short-term use, or for vacation; other amenities include, restaurants, cafes, gymnasiums, big and small conference halls, a playground for children, parking, and a huge rooftop swimming pool, which allows visitor a 360 degree view of the beautiful Kep landscape of mountains in all sizes, the beaches, the sea, islands. On the other side of the building, is the spectacular sight of the beaches leading to the Bokor Mountain.
